Ring Size Guide

Choosing the correct ring size is essential for comfort and wearability.
Use one of the methods below to determine your size accurately from home. ILLUSTRATED INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

Method 1 — Paper Strip Measurement (Recommended)

What you’ll need
A thin strip of paper · A pen or pencil · A ruler (millimeters)

Steps

  1. Wrap the paper strip around the base of the finger where the ring will be worn.

  2. Adjust it so it feels snug, without tightening too much.

  3. Mark the point where the paper overlaps.

  4. Lay the strip flat and measure the length in millimeters.

  5. Match your measurement with the size chart below.

Method 2 — Measure an Existing Ring

  1. Select a ring that fits the desired finger perfectly.

  2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters.

  3. Use the chart to determine your size.

Fit Notes

  • Measure your finger at room temperature.

  • Fingers tend to swell slightly throughout the day — measuring in the evening is recommended.

  • If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

  • Wider rings may feel tighter than thin bands.
